General Assemblies
According to its Articles of Association, TDL is mandated to hold a General Meeting/Assembly at least once a year. This is an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the previous year and to get approval for the forthcoming year's activities.
TDL is also bound to produce and publish an audited set of accounts for the previous financial year that runs from 1 January to 31 December, and asks its members to approve the financial budget for the following year.
From a governance point of view, at the end of the meeting the Board of Directors are discharged from their responsibilities for the year just past, and every two years a new Board of Directors is elected.
The 2023 TDL General Assembly took place online between 18:00-19:00 CEST, 31 May 2023.
