Michiel Marcus is a cryptographer at the National Institute of Applied Scientific Research of The Netherlands (TNO). He works in the Applied Cryptography and Quantum Algorithms department and conducts research on post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and formal verification. He has been involved in various PQC migration projects.
