Bord member and treasurer at Digital Enlightenment Forum, Jacques has been involved in the areas of Digital Trust and Trust in Digital Life for many years with a broad experience in the development of EU policy around Trust and Security. He is a Former European Commission staff member in the ICT programmes and co-founder of the Digital Enlightenment Forum.
