Konstantinos Loupos

Costas bus2 Konstantinos Loupos, R&D Director, INLECOM INNOVATION, holds an MBA, an M.Sc. in Microelectronics Systems Design and an M.Eng. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. His research activities include embedded/IoT systems, cybersecurity, smart transport applications, critical infrastructure monitoring, robotics, security systems, water demand management and wireless sensor networks. He has actively participated in a series (more than 40) of EC co-funded projects (since FP5) in the areas of security, transport, health, climate/environment, heritage and more, with significant positions of responsibility (project coordinator, technical manager, leader of development teams etc). He has more than 80 publications in conference proceedings, journals and book chapters and 7 EU/US filed patents. He is a member of EUROPOL EC3 cyber security group and European Cybercrime Center, a member of the Secure Platform for Accredited Cybercrime Experts (SPACE), member in the EUROPOL Data Protection Experts Network (EDEN) and the Alliance for Internet of Things Innovation (AIOTI).
