Lalitha Suryanarayana

Lalitha Lalitha Suryanarayana is a strategic technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading corporate strategy, M&A, product innovation and ecosystem partnerships across the semiconductor, telecommunications and data storage sectors.

Over the past several years, she has built AI strategies and governance frameworks, and launched scalable programs that help organisations navigate AI’s impact on operating models, competitive advantage and enterprise risk.

Currently, she serves as an Executive in Residence at Techquity Growth Capital, an investment firm providing private credit solutions and advisory services for late-stage IP-rich companies seeking growth capital. Prior to Techquity, Lalitha held senior leadership roles at various global industry leaders including Seagate, Infineon, Qualcomm and AT&T.

A technologist at heart, Lalitha is the inventor on more than fifty issued patents and has multiple publications including a technical book to her credit. During her early tenure as an R&D engineer, she was widely recognised for her pioneering contributions to the industry standardisation of mobile and device-independent web technologies. In 2022, she was honoured as one of IEEE Women in Engineering’s “Women to Watch.”

Lalitha holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
