Vanessa Lewis is currently Vice President of Recruitment, Nexova Group. She is responsible for the recruitment activities and strategy for our Cyber Security Excellence Centre, hiring cyber talent across Europe.
Vanessa is also a board member of Agoria’s Cyber Talent Board (Belgium) and a member of ECSO WG5 Steering Board– Skills and Jobs Workstream
Vanessa has 18 years of experience in recruitment, most of it in aerospace, defence and critical infrastructure, and with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity recruitment – from engineering, consultancy to operational profiles.
