Vigdis Bronder

Vigdis Headshot Small Vigdis Bronder is counsel at Biddle Law PC, a boutique law firm that represents standards development organisations, open source software and hardware initiatives, and other technology consortia. Her clients define and shape global technology ecosystems and facilitate interoperability in a broad range of technical areas: core internet infrastructure, AI risk and reliability, augmented and virtual reality, wireless power, industrial automation, cloud and edge computing, and more. She helps her clients navigate a wide range of legal issues, including complex intellectual property licensing matters, nuanced antitrust concerns, non-profit governance and corporate compliance, interoperability certification program management and trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Vigdis started her legal career at a Top 10 law firm in New York City in their Technology & Intellectual Property Transactions Group, and has also served as in-house counsel at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and WW International, Inc.
